While Oasis Collective’s work centers on women leaders and many of our featured speakers are women, this event is open to all and welcomes anyone who wants to learn and contribute to a strong, inclusive innovation ecosystem.

Wen Hsu: Executive coach and former software engineer, helping technical leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and presence.

Arvita Tripati has taken products from 0 to 1 three times across digital health and Medtech and now advises founders and executives through her practice, Vahana Labs. She helps leaders articulate their achievements in business terms that resonate with investors and executive teams.

Ravid Lazinsky is a digital health product executive and exited founder of iFocus Health. With over 15 years of experience across healthtech, AI-SaMD, and MedTech, she specializes in building data-driven products that bridge clinical science, technology, and patient impact.
