Can your agents actually ship?
Compose your AI-native SDLC

Your AI agents can’t be trusted with data they can’t find, can’t understand, and aren’t sure they’re allowed to touch. And even when they get it right, the code they write still stalls in a delivery pipeline built for human speed.

On Nov2 we will tackle both: first the data foundations agents need to trust, then the SDLC they need to ship through.

Opening talk: From a Data Swamp to a Data Agent You Can Trust

The evening opens with Grzegorz Król on the data foundations AI agents need to find, understand and safely access your data. We’ve run this talk at Boston and San Francisco Tech Week, and both times it ran long because nobody wanted to stop asking questions.

Main session: Can your agents actually ship?

AI can write code. Getting that code to production is another matter. Most engineering organizations hit the same wall: the bottleneck isn’t the agent, it’s everything downstream of it. Pipelines, CI, reviews, security gates, release processes: all of it was built for human speed, not AI.

Visdom, built by VirtusLab, is the missing layer between AI coding and production. It lets you compose an AI-native SDLC, piece by piece: the context, validation, governance and orchestration agents need to ship safely and at scale. Come see what that looks like in practice.

We’ll cover:

Why AI adoption stalls after the first wave of excitement
What infrastructure an AI-native SDLC actually requires
How Visdom connects agents to your SDLC, component by component
Live demos of AI agents shipping production-ready code
Q&A with the Visdom team

Evaluating AI coding assistants or already rolling them out across teams? This session is about what happens after the code is written.

What you’ll see live
A hands-on walkthrough of how Visdom removes friction across context, execution, and validation, turning your SDLC into a system AI agents can reliably operate on:

Deep repository scanning that builds the semantic context AI agents actually need: not just open files, but the full dependency and intent graph across your codebase
Blast radius scoring on an AI-generated PR before it touches CI, catching what code review misses when your team merges 3x more than last quarter
Governed sandbox execution with full audit trails: the missing layer between “the AI suggested it” and “it’s running in production”
A live maturity assessment on a real delivery pipeline: where it stands today, and the smallest concrete step that unlocks the next level

Who should join?
CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Engineering and Data, Heads of Platform and AI, and senior engineers responsible for developer productivity, data platforms and AI adoption strategy. Especially if your AI tools shine in demos but stall in your CI/CD pipeline, or your agents can’t tell which table is the right one.

Speakers
Practitioners working hands-on with AI-driven delivery, data platforms, developer tooling, and real-world implementation:

Grzegorz Król, Tech Lead & Data Architect at VirtusLab
Grzegorz believes that solid data systems start with a deep understanding of what the business actually needs. He works closely with organizations to put their business domains at the center of every data initiative, so that architectures, models and pipelines reflect how the business really operates.

Artur Skowroński, Head of Application Development at VirtusLab
Artur has spent more than ten years in the industry, on everything from greenfield builds to systems older than he is. He has worked as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect and Technical Product Manager, which gives him a broad view of the problems he tackles. He still likes to stay hands-on and has been writing a weekly roundup of the JVM ecosystem at jvm-weekly.com for over two years.

Hosted by VirtusLab
We work with organizations ranging from global brands (including top-tier investment banks, Databricks, Airbnb, and DHL) to fast-growing startups, helping them build data platforms and AI systems that actually scale. At our core, we’re engineers working with engineers, and we actively support the community through meetups, events, and shared learning.

If you’re working on AI in software delivery, this is where it starts to actually work.
